Bumps on lip

I believe this started about a couple days ago. But there are red bumps on my lip, like directly, they do not hurt at all, as I woke up and saw them. They look like pimples. My lips have been chapped, and I don’t drink a lot of water, and I recently got checked for herpes select 2 not one. The reason my lips have been chapped because my lip gloss has like a sharp then on it, and I keep forgetting and it hurts my lip. Idk, I’m not freaking out because I know what a cold sore looks like, and supposedly feels like “looked up symptoms” but I have put Vaseline on there. People are telling me, it’s a real bad case of chapped lips. But idk, what do you think

It probably is chapped lips- increase your water intake, especially during this summer heat.  Throw out the chapstick you are using and get a new brand- make sure it's a high quality chapstick, some of the cheeper kinds actually can make chapped lips worse.  If that doesn't seem to help, you can always consult a doctor further to ensure that something else isn't going on.
