Bumps on palms of hand and bottom of feet

I have the small clear bumps on my hands and bottoms of my feet. When in water, they are more noticable. I've asked a Dr. and he said maybe I should see a Determatologist. What are they and how do you get rid of them?

HI guys, It is possible it is a genetic hereditary condition keratin issue. I don't know if any of you are still active on this thread, or on medhelp? Palmoplantar keratoderma, focal acral hyperkeratosis, punctuate keratoderma - might be worth a look ?

I have the same problem. I have these little bumps on the bottom of my feet, just a few and on one hand. And they are more visible when I take a bath or get a mani pedi. They recently appeared

try soaking your feet in as hot as you can stand epsom salt water.. I havnt tried it on my hands yet but will let cha know asap

Cherio and podo pompholyx are caused by sweat gland obstruction,nickel sensitization or fungus elsewhere.Not a seroius problem but do consult your dermatologist.
