After about 6 days, they stopped hurting, and after 10, most of them disappeared leaving one on each side. As of now, these ones still exist, but they do no bother me and I assume they too are going to disappear.

These kind of bumps can be swollen lymph node ,a sebaceous cyst or a boil. Lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes) is usually caused by a viral or bacterial infection along with other numerous causes. Sebaceous cyst is a closed sac or cyst that fills with a fatty white, semi-solid material called sebum produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis. It is usually painless but can become painful if infected. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle be staph aureus. Treatment includes antibiotics.
