Burn bald spots on scalp, PLEASE HELP

I was getting my hair washed and blowdryed two years ago and the heat burned a part of my scalp, i didnt think nothing of it because i didnt really feel it. I then noticed a black spot on my scalp, i didnt think nothing of it. A year later my girlfriend was braiding my hair and noticed a dry scab and started picking the dead skin off and now i have this pink spot the size of a quarter.  I actually have two of them, i went to a dermatologist and she gave me clobetasol to bring down the inflammation, but nothing else after that, i went back and she said theres nothing more she can do. I need a second opinion, will hair ever grow there? Will i always have these pink spots on my head? Wouldbi be able to have a hair transplant or is that even nessesary? Any advice would be great, thanks
