Burning, itchy,painful skin after shower

For the past 4 years after I have a shower my skin turns red, gives off heat and burns and itches for about 30 minutes.  I have experienced this while living in several locations (not a specific water source location), it will happen every time if I shower in the a.m. and is sporadic with evening showers.  I am always reactive with baths.  I have tried everything I can; cold water, no soap, no shampoo - drip dry - towel dry; cold room - warm room; specialized water filters; having a sauna before showering; tracked my diet for specific allergens - no common food or drink; I have travelled across the world and I still react.  It is very painful and I would like to understand where it's originating from.  I have been to three different professionals and they don't know where it's deriving from.

Real simple mate. Ya take a nice warm/hot shower or maybe ya exercised too hard. Now your just this ugly blotchy red hot face. It looks more uncomfortable then it actually is until ya add lotion n it gets even hotter.  Its not fun, its not cute it may itch a bit and its very noticeable until it slowly fades away after about 30 min or so.

Two ways to cure it.
1. Get a tan. If u burn, don't try this. But if are lucky enough to tan then this will definitely clear up that red raw face

2. This one sucks but it definitely works. Go gluten free.
It takes about 30 days to recognize the difference.  But I guarantee you this is the culprit.
You may not know you have a gluten sensitivity,  but your face reminds you after ever shower that u do In fact have a gluten intolerance.

I promise you, this is the cause.

If you want to hide it - get a tan.
If u want to cure it go gluten free.
If u don't want to try either of these unfortunately
There is no pill or lotion a dr. Can rx to make it go away. So either take my advice or
Just deal with the redness enjoy pizza while ya look like a pizza.

The good news is its just a sensitivity its not cancer

last week my daughter got out of the shower twice itching and saying it hurt like needles poking her. She couldn't even shower! I took her to the dr. and got no where, my daughter has never been allergic to anything. They wanted to do blood tests tomorrow, but I started researching after someone told me to change my shower head. look up bacteria in shower heads! I changed the shower head and she was fine tonight when she showered. The stuff I read about I had no clue!  but its disgusting and I will be sure to keep my shower head clean.

urticairia is just a fancy way of saying skin rash, it sounds like you may be allergic to cholrine in the water, after each shower pat dry your skin and then rub sorboline all over see if this helps antihistimine with not work but if the sorboline doesnt help an oral steroid might

I had suffered the same symptyms for years and no one seemed to know what I had.  My Chiropractor told me that I have what is called Urticaira.  I also react to exercise, vibration, wind, extreme hot and cold, ultra sound, and when I get over emtional I break out.
It can be very painful.  With taking an anti-histamine every day I hardly suffer at all.  Try it you may find that it works for you too.
