i think you should use a drying powder, its cheaper, and can cover more skin faster, w/ less trouble. e.g. from Gold Bond, if available (or foot powder, without too much additives), (i have a similar, or the same problem - no cure, 2 yrs), i have searched and searched, it is genital candidiasis/fungus. we are both searching for a cure. i have even used ozonated oil, desenex, tinactin, clortrimazole (noticeable effect, good) ketoconzole (noticeable effect, good), and nystatin (also good to use) - i have avoided taking systemic drugs, for liver safety reasons, although diflucan has been said to be not so toxic as others e.g. ketoconzole, amphophin B (sp). plz respond, i know people w/ same ailments can take comfort in knowing others are in discomfort too, and possibly, possibly find a cure.
I like Prax and use it all the time for itching. However, I think it will just cause burning and sensitivity on your scrotum. Given everything you've used, I would advise that you do as little as possible. Just apply a bland lotion like Lubriderm and use nothing medicated at all. As for the burning and sensitivity, I advise you to train yourself to ignore it. In time, it will subside, just as the redness did. Steroids, however strong, do not cause permanent damage.
Less is more.
Best.
