Burning sensation in the testis
I used savalon on my testis and went to sleep for 5 6 hours and woke in pain burning sensation for about 1 to 2 hours . Is it harmful to me

Why did you use it? Any antiseptic can cause skin irritation, and that's a very sensitive area of the body. It's also not supposed to be used undiluted. So yeah, that's probably the problem. I would guess waiting will fix it, but if it lasts I'd go see my doctor. Try some pure aloe vera on it, it might be soothing and healing.
