Can a "normal" hematoma last 3 months?

So, 3 months ago, I felt down the stairs and got an enormous bruise on my left butt cheek. It hurt pretty bad and it took around 3 weeks for it to completely disappear; however, I started feeling a bump (that hurt) where the bruise was. I looked on the internet and found out it had the symptoms of a Hematoma. I didn't paid much attention to it, because I thought that it would go away with time... 3 months have passed and it still hurts when I touch it and I don't know if this is normal. Should I go see someone? Or which things could I try first?

Hi, I would say go see a doctor. I had a friend that got one on her thigh after a car accident and the doctor surgically removed it after 1.5months. So yeah, honestly think you should go see the doctor, unless it has gotten better, if not at all for the past 3 month just go see the doctor. Hope you get it removed! Gone with discomfort!
