Can someone point out what condition this is?
I've had bumps on my chest for a couple of years now. They are bigger than a pimple and they won't pop like it. No pus comes out. There are no rashes around them and new small bumps are starting to grow between the chest and abdomen. What condition is it? I've tried changing my diet also used vetpalai thylam oil from kerala but to no use.

Do the bumps itch or hurt at all? Have you ever had a doctor look at them?

No they don't itch or hurt. I'd shown to a doctor before they increased in number. Back then he said it's just an infection and I was given an oil to apply but it didn't work
Anytime a doctor gives you something and it doesn't work- it's always a good idea to see them again or at least call to let them know the status. It wouldn't hurt to just go for a follow up with your doctor, letting them know the previous treatment didn't help.
