Candida, Herpes, rash or what is it

I have written a several threads on the Med Help forum but mainly to do with STDs.

I have decided to follow up with you as I have turned out to be negative at 2 weeks with Gonnoreha and Syphilis, 7weeks with Herpes, Chlamydia, and 9 weeks with HIV (which still concerns me).

I had a sex episode with two high risk women that i did not know 10 weeks ago that included unprotected insertive fellatio.

For over 9 weeks I have a red scrotum, that burns slightly, is uncomfortable, my penis is also red with particularly below the head when i pull the foreskin back.  On my right side where the fold is i had a fungal infection.  This seems to have gone.  My doc suggested to apply bettidine.  This i did for three weeks.  further 5 days with cuartoderm (cortizone +1% clor....).  But there still remains a very red scrotum which is itchy and there is a particular point that pinches me on the right side of the scrotum which seems to be very sensitive.  I have also had pressure on my abdomen.  I also feel my lymph nodes enlarged and my glands around the right side of my groin swollen.  These symptoms have not come and gone or recurrent but persistent with me for the last 9 weeks and i am feeling concerned that i may have acquired herpes from the sexual encounter 10 weeks ago.

I am so worried that I may have passed this is on to my wife who is expecting twins.

please help!

I had to register just to say that I think this is insane. You are making people who are scared out of their minds pay $19 to post a comment that you usally reply to with a paragraph long comment.

I thought about asking a question here, but then I saw how lacking your replies are.

It's good to see that you feed off of people's fears. I guess you are helping to relieve some of their stress, though.

Has your problem gone away? What did you do?

I have similar symptoms as yours except the redness and swelling of scrotum.

Nothing to add to what I answered.

None of the symptoms you describe suggest herpes.  The redness may be nothing more than irritation, or else just looking too close at your scrotum for fear of having caught something.  Swollen glands don't come and go, whereas anxiety from palpating the area to closely does.

If you need to see a doctor again for examination, testing, and so forth, please do so.  Also, please consider avoiding high-risk sexual behavior when you're married and your wife is expecting.

Best.

Forgot to add:

I am also experiencing fatigue, frequent urination and scrotum seems to more swollen than normal.  My rectum at times feels sore especially when i sit for long periods as do my scrotum area.  when i stand its best, but i dont want to stand all my life.

I have also applied yoghurt everyday to ease the itchiness and redness but it doesnt seem to be helping.

Do you think this is herpes?
