Cause of constant genital skin itching?

For almost two months I have had constant genital bumps and feeling of itching/irritation, which occurred A day after receiving unprotected oral sex. These bumps seem almost as if given by a bug and sometimes sting.  I have gone to multiple doctors who have said it was either a bacterial or fungal infection and have given me numerous creams to use along with antibiotics. None of these have appeared to work and the feeling still remains. Visually they have deemed the bumps to not be herpes and to be some form of dermatitis that may have been caused by an allergen. I went to my dermatologist and she said she was unable able to identify what the rash was because it was healing. Still the irritation is occurring and I get most itchy in the middle of the night. In these two months the rash has never completely gone away and random flare ups of the skin have occurred. No bumps appear on my penis or shaft.

Has your doctor run any tests?  If it's healing, it sounds like the creams they gave you are working- sometimes anxiety can cause symptoms such as the itchiness that you are feeling- are you anxious about it being an STD of some type?
