Chin and edge of lips covered with strange bumps

I have had an on going battle (10+ years) with these strange bumps that grow all over my face near my mouth, nose, forehead, chin, beard area, and small ones all around the eyes. I even get them inside my nose, some on chest. They are rows of hundreds of though bump like pores with a white center. If you squeeze, some will discharge a stringy white substance. Some are small hard, raised bumps that won't discharge anything but have some strange white material deep in the skin and center of bump. They appear to form in clusters that span across my T zone and all around my mouth, drool line. Specific bumps stand out like crazy and turn white when I apply Apple Cider vinegar or hydrogen peroxide, while most of my healthy skin stays the same color.
HP and ACV seems to be the only thing that can kill the germs and control them. I've tried not popping them as a doctor instructed, and the rows and clusters of pores would just continue to grow. Several doctors have said it was not an STD. I disagree. I believe it's some form of HPV that is not researched fully. I know I'm not supposed to pop or touch them but if I don't, they grow out of control and my face becomes covered in them completely. One doctor said he thought it may be warts but then ruled that out. They prescribed some mild steroid that helped, but the face started breaking out again. The skin can be itchy and you can see hundreds of pus filled dots. There are a few problem areas where you can see these dots clustered together if you stretch the skin and look closely.
I haven't had sex in years, but I did get a similar bump on my groin 15 years ago, It was a large zit like bump filled with pus. It was tender and kinda hurt. The doctor drained it and said it would go away, which it has. The ones on my face remind me of this. The closest pictures i've seen on the net are of Perioral Dermatitis, Acne Excoriée. I was thinking they could be flat warts but my doc says warts won't discharge anything. I'm desperate. I've been to a dermatologist that said Acne, prescribed Retin A. I never used it because it burned my skin and made it worse. The other doctors at a skin specialist clinic said Acne as well and said to just stop messing with my face, but If I stop, they will go out of control again. The doctors have not been able to find a treatment for me that works. I've tried every home remedy, proactive, prescription bp with clindamyacin and they just keep growing and filling with more white stuff. People are just used to my face looking like a mess. It's just my look. I'm depressed, and can't find anyone to date because I think they all think I have an STD. I'm afraid if I kiss someone they will get these bumps as well. Even though the doctor says don't worry, I do. It may be a coincidence, but one of the last person's I kissed started getting bumps on her chin near the mouth. But there are other girls I've made out with and or had sex with that didn't have them. Last thing, it comes and goes with stress and changes of weather.

i had this and finally followed a suggestion to try selsun blue medicated shampoo as facial wash on it  and they are almost gone now. Lather the selsun blue wash gently let sit for 20 minutes twice a day then rinse off

What kind of fungal infections could it be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

For white bumps on the face, differentials may include acne, milia and fungal infections. Milia  is a likely differential as these may appear as firm, whitish bumps over the skin. The cause is relatively unknown but they appear to contain keratin plugs or plugs of dead skin. There is no known medical therapy. This condition may persist for quite sometime.

Discuss this differential with your doctor. With regards to STD, most STD's resolve readily once treated and they usually present as reddish rash or mouth ulcers. Syphilis may present as bumps containing fluid in the palms and soles. At this point, I do not think this is STD.
