Clear bumps

About a month ago is when I first noticed these very small clear bumps on the tops of my hands, the sides of my hands, the palm, wrist, and in the webbing between my fingers.  When I would pop these bumps, a clear fluid would emit from them.  For the most part they are mildly itchy; not so much that it keeps me up at night, but it is rather annoying.  It seems that a day or so after these bumps have been popped or just left alone, a sort of hard, scaley, almost chapped appearance shows up that may crack at times and bleed.  It seems that no lotion is strong enough to keep my hands lubricated.  So after about a week of this I began to notice similar bumps on my inner legs, very few on my knees, elbow, lower belly, and, (gulp) on the shaft and scrotum of my penis.  I say 'similar' because those found on my lower belly, elbow, and especially, genital area, aren't clear bumps that emit a fluid.  Rather, they're just very red bumps that aren't too itch UNLESS I begin to itch them initially; then they're itchy as hell.  Since they showed up on my genital area, I've refrained from sex with my girlfriend, told her about it, and bot talked it over and came to the conclusion that we have no idea what the hell caused this, or where it could have came from.  It must be noted that I am a very clean, hygenic person; I wash and change my clothes regularly; I've never had an STD of any kind to my knowledge as I do get tested at least once a year; and I have never been allergic to anything other than a certain kind of soap that I used when I was about 5 years old.  I am 32 years of age, I have tried just about everything to combat this issue including over-the-counter lotions and capsules.  As I am a college student without insurance, I was hoping that this would clear itself up on its own, but I can see now that that is not the case.  PLEASE PLEASE help me with at least a tentative diagnosis and/or a probably form of treatment either self-administered or via the local hospital here.  Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

:(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
