Constant itchy spots on palms and foot

Hello,
I always get an itchy spot on random parts of my body constantly for years. For example, I always get an itchy spot in the middle of the palm of my hand and i'll itch it/dig my nail into it and it will turn into a blister/red and then it will eventually not be itchy and heal and go away. But then a month or couple weeks later it will become itchy in the exact same spot. This happens in the middle of the bottom of my feet and on the side as well. Why does this keep happening? It's so frustrating that those areas of my hands and feet always get itchy. It is just the one spot thats extremely itchy, no where else on my hand/foot etc. This occurrence happens once every month or so. It is constantly itchy, not itchy, nothing for 2-3weeks then the cycle will start again. I don't put anything except cream like lubriderm incase I think it is dry, but its just the one spot that is itchy, not the whole hand etc. It isn't a very big spot either. I have some pictures too. I would really like to know what is going on, thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to pompholyx. Pompholyx is also called dyshidrotic eczema. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Symptoms  can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

A little correction there in the nomenclature. It would be Cheriopompholyx for the palm and podophompholyx for the feet.

I would think of Fixed drug eruption(FDE) possibly to an allergen as in a mouthwash (chlorhexidine), or  medication taken. The other to consider is Pompholyx, a kind of allergy involving palms(Podopompholyx)
Best wishes.
