Dark skin

I have had since probably 7 years old this patch of skin which looks brown or orange and sometimes green In colour, it basically makes me look way less feminine and it is around my upper lip area but not where the hair grows, yes I grow facial hair. I also have smoke lines and the dermatologist said it is just casting a shadow but it isn’t, I should’ve showed her a photo. I also have this sunken in eye problem since birth and I am afraid what I will look like when I am forty. It seems as though my skin elasticity is not the greatest too. My eyes and nose also seem to sort of be the same colour of the dark skin. I am in my early 20s

Sounds like you have a few skin concerns- have you been tested for any thryoid issues or given a reason for the hair growth?  I have a feeling the skin conditions may be pointing to something else going on that's not skin related, but it would be better to go ahead to a doctor (you may consider starting by going back to the dermatologist or going to your PCP), and digging for more answers with them.

My thyroid has been checked three times in the last two years and is fine and I do know my testosterone has always been a little high.
I do have severe IBS-D
