I have use different type of mastrubation like with condom shampo using some blamkets polished
And now after 6-7 month I have in entire penis glans dark spots and a feeling of pinch
I m so concerned what can be
Please who can help me ??

It's probably just an irritation, but it never hurts to have a doctor take a look- you can just make an appointment with your regular doctor and they will be able to tell you who to see next, if needed.

I think after every mastrubation is being worse
That sounds like irritation from the friction- but again, a doctor appointment is always a good idea.
