Dark spots

Is there a possibility to remove the dark spots in the face after you had pimples? It seems its very dirt in my face and I’ve got irritated. I also have blackheads in my nose and I’m very conscious. Should I consult to a dermatologist? I hope there’s an alternative way in this problem to the less expense.

*sorry I meant the pore which is actually a hair shaft, doesn't contain a hair folicle.

Also with acne once a pimple has gotten smaller it typically will leave a small area of dry skin that appears darker than the rest of your skin, a chemical exfoliant that you apply with a cotton ball/round can help with that. Using a gentle exfoliator also helps with keeping your pores clear of dead skin cells. Noses are prone to blackhead due to the hair folicles not actually containing a hair folicle for the oil to travel up on and so the pores become easily clogged, it's very typical, most people have this problem and you shouldn't be too concerned with it. You can always visit an esthetican and have him/her preform the extractions for you, although it's very easy to take care of yourself.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a condition where there is an excess amount of pigment following a disease process that affects the skin.  Without treatment, this usually takes about 6 months to resolve and for the skin color to go back to its normal color.  Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color.  Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions.  Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
