Deep pores that won't heal, same locations

I have about 4 locations on my face where it just looks like a red bump- like a zit- but it almost never goes away.  What will make it heal, sometimes for months, is finding the pore and putting a needle in it and causing it to bleed.  I know that sounds terrible but if I don't do that the sore will be there for months, maybe years.  I can usually stick the needle in about 1/2" without causing it to bleed and that will sometimes cause it to heal.  Almost always, the needle goes in easily and will just stop 1/2" in, can't go any further.  Doesn't hurt at all either.  And occasionally it will bleed then and heal and most other times I will just repeat the process the next day, hoping that it will cause it to heal.  I have searched numerous times for deep pore won't heal, etc and found nothing.  Weird part- 2 pores are on either temple and the other two are on my middle of my cheekbones.  I have other pores that won't heal- now a few on my nose, so would like to figure it out.  I hate them.

Have you ever had a dermatologist take a look?  They are probably your best bet to getting an explanation and a cream that would help take them away.

Also, you can try some pore reducing and/or acne face washes.  Proactive is a good brand to try as well as Rodan Fields- you can Google either one of those and find the web site to purchase them from, I don't believe either brand sells in stores.
