Dettol on penis

I had a pimple on my penis shaft that popped on its own in 3 days. Once it popped, I applied undiluted dettol on the site to avoid infection. Later I googled it and it looks to be dangerous to apply undiluted dettol on penis. Should I be worried? I immediately washed it with cold water.

Not a good idea, don't do again, but you're probably okay.  Watch it and see if anything unusual happens.  The infection in a pimple is gone pretty much if it pops, so again, didn't need it anyway.  But again, if anything starts to look bad or you get pain or the like, see your doc, otherwise you're probably fine.
