Dilated hair follicle with cystic change

Need some good medication suggestions!

Back story:
So I've had these itchy bumps spreading around for just over a year now. They started on my hand and have now worked their way on my arms, legs, face, and scalp. I was told by a dermatologist that they were flat warts, but on a whim I just had one of the biopsied last week.

The biopsy says the following: Dilated hair follicle with cystic change and features of epidermal inclusion cyst. Surrounding chronic inflammation is present. Atypia or features of malignancy are not identified.

Currently using triamcinolone acetonide and halobetasol propionate creams, has made some spots fade slightly, not much. The itching in my scalp wakes me up at night.

I have  that the first thing to try for these things is to examine what type of water you bath with. The second is to consider a check for HerpesII virus just to eliminate the possibility. Hygiene is very important so, be sure your hands and any shavers used are not adding to your problem. Lastly, if not done already, have blood check for abnormalities. I almost forgot. Stop wearing hats or head covering if you are doing so. I suffered with scalp issues for 15yrs and when I suddenly stop wearing head coverings it went away in weeks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Epidermal inclusion cysts are common cutaneous cysts. Asymptomatic epidermoid cysts do not need to be treated. Intralesional injection with triamcinolone may hasten the resolution of inflammation. Oral antibiotics may occasionally be used.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have had an itching scalp for over a year now and have seen several Dr s finally I found a Dermatologist that wants to get to the bottom of the problem. The itch has been so bad I sit at the side of my bed and cried. I have spent so much money on everything. On antibiotics, you name it. I am presently on antibiotics now. The pain is awful!  I have scratched so bad that I bleed, the bumps on my head keep appearing. So there is my story!
