Discoloration on penis

Hello
I am 17 years old and I am freaking out about this little 5mm dark, greyish, circular spot on the glands of my penis.
It has been there for about 8 months now and I'm like going insane because it just doesn't go away and I'm avoiding having to tell my parents and going to a doctor...I'm just praying it goes away on its own but it doesn't =/
Am I going to die?? I don't masterbate too much, maybe twice a week or so, and I'm a virgin; can some one keep me from getting depressed any time soon? Thanks

Hello
If they increased, they increased by very little.  When I erect it goes away for the most part, but it is still a bit noticeble because I stare hard at it.
I have a much similar spot on my leg but I believe it has been there since I was born, I'm not sure, and it is about 4-5 times the size of it.

I know you cannot diagnose anything, but am I freaking out thinking it could be things such as melanoma or some other form of cancer?

Thanks for your time!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

I understand your concern. At this point, I do not think you should be very worried abut this. Are the spots increasing in size from the time of their onset? Are there any changes in color, and in character?

Without pain and itchiness, this may not need urgent intervention. Just do not apply any lotions or creams in the area which may aggravate the condition. Inform your parents about this so you may have an appointment with a dermatologist. An initial consult will be able to help allay your worries and concerns.

Oh and I forgot to add that the spots are completely flat and don't hurt at all.
