Iam a 33 yrs old guy unmarried. Till date iam not married and aslo did not have any sexual relation at all with a girl. Well it's beacuse in our country sex always comes after marriage. Well of course excpetions are there and people do indulge in before marriage but to be honest i have not. But yes as a part of growing up, of course i indulged in self stimulation(masturbation) every week or so. But around six yrs back i did something which changed my life for ever.

by watching a late night x rated movie, I was so exited that while sleeping afterwords, i rubbed my penis slowly against my bed strange it may seems.
next day in late morning, I started getting itching, a bit of burning and a bit of pain on my glans and i rushed to doctor in the evening. I was given antibiotics capsules and a cream

Within 10 days, everything was ok. but after that, whenever i masturbated, I started having a bit of pain and itiching and have to rush to doctor for medicines and then every thing was ok within a 7-10 days. this is happening for over 6 yrs now and whenever i mastubate, i had to rush to doctor. I have shown to four doctors over six yrs and all have said it is balanoposthitis

My last episode was about three months back when i was but on antibiotic, antiallergic and antifungal. But since three months I did not indulge in self stimulation and nothing happened but as of today, i again got burning senstaion and a bit of itching on my glans even without masturbation and i again rushed to doctor. My glans has burrows(skin appears to be removed) made on it because of rubbing against the bed beacuse of  iam paying the price
sometimes i aslo feel something is going on when iam infected. sometimes i feel that i feel a bit of sensation before i pass on the urine or after i pass urine. i have done the urine culture but nothing came out. Sometimes i also feel that some thing is responding from inside the glans whenever i am infected , the skin appears to be cracke up

Hello Dr,

But why discomfort always. The skin color aslo changes sometimes when infected. with or without masturbation.

I think you have mild irritation from the masturbation, combined with a lot of worry that you are damaging your skin, which you certainly are not.  I recommend that you use lubrication when you masturbate, and that you get some counseling if you can, so that you don't worry so much when you don't have to.  Getting married may help too, if you can arrange it.
