Do I have an STD, Herpes,Or Folliculitis?

One week ago I shaved my penis. When cutting the shaft I  cut myself. I also shaved my but crack. The shaver had a little bit of rust and is about two years old. I didn't clean it and I assume that it could have been dirty.The following day I received unprotected oral and unprotected sex. 48 hours later I noticed that my pubic hair began to grow back and the hair follicles were raised to puss filled bumps. They were very small. I pooped some and noticed after my shower that the skin was dry. The bumps diasapeared and re-appeared in a different  spots all along my penis shaft, base and sack. Two days ago I noticed the bumps were turning into red dots. They do not itch, however I have a burning/tingly feeling in the bottom of my penis tip and sack. Also my butt crack hair grew back with traces of dead skin. Now it burns and tingles too.We've both been tested for std's within the year and have nothing. We've had sex multiple times since the bumps have appeared thinking it's dry skin or ingrown hairs. I have no discharge or burning when i pee. The Only burning is when I'm relaxing. Should I be worried??what do I have?
