Hi
There are vitamin E creams over the counter. Choose those of lighter consistency. The Body Shop has a good line of vitamin E products which may help. Also, with regards to the sunscreen choose those with hypoallergenic ingredients. Here is a url which may help you chose good products for your skin:

Try to look into this url and see if there are similar products available in the area. Just make sure that you have no allergies. If redness or irritation occurs ,stop using the cream or sunscreen and seek immediate medical help.

Hi
These little dark spots where the pimples used to be are postinflammatory hyperpigmenation. The pimples caused some degree of inflammation and swelling in the areas which somehow "traumatized" the melanocytes causing darkening of the affected skin. You are still young and the skin regenerates and shed off old skin. Apply sunblock cream over the face when staying outdoors and also use vitamin E cream at night to smoothen and lighten the skin.
