Does my penis have Contact Dermatitis?

So this is about day 4 of these symptoms. On Sunday, being my curious 17 y/o self, I tried something new while masturbating. I found a Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion and it seemed pretty safe to use as lube ( I have never used lube before, I have never had any type of sexual intercourse ). So after I used it, maybe a few hours later, I felt a furious itch on my penis, I thought it was just a random thing that happened because of my prolonged masturbation session. The next day, it was back, and even itchier than ever. Of course, I was concerned and I checked it out that night and I noticed that there were these small bumps all over the bottom of the head of my penis, and some stretch mark looking marks all around it. The foreskin was still normal. On Tuesday, it was really itchy once again, and I noticed that the bumps have now gotten to the under of the foreskin as well. The foreskin felt very attached to the head of the penis during this time. Two days later, (today) the itch has started to be very small and come every so often. I don't think there has been any discharge yet, but I noticed only today that there was some white substance on the head of the penis, and the skin on the head was starting to have patches of white colouration. A little bit of my foreskin looks slightly purple? I'm not sure, also everyday when I shower, it smells horrendous until washed. Now, I really can't have my parents of anyone know this. I would deeply appreciate some help. I googled about the symptoms, and since I have never had sex or anything, I don't think it's an STD, but maybe it would be Contact Dermatitis or (Balanitis not sure how to spell)? If anyone can help, it would mean so much to me. Thanks

I am sure you don't want to have this discussion with your parents, but I'd encourage you to just ask them if they wouldn't mind taking you in for a check up so you can have a doctor take a look.

You probably want to make sure you keep the area 'dry'- wear cotton clothing, use baby powder- so when you sweat it will absorb the moisture- this should help the smell and depending on what's causing the rash, could help that too.

It's possible that you have some bacteria overgrowth or an allergic reaction to the lotion, or something along those lines - but again, just ask your parents to take you in for a check up and have it looked at.  It's impossible to diagnosis a rash properly without an in person exam.

The bumps are all over the head now and some are white, but the ones on the foreskin are still red
