Does this look like genital warts? What is this?

I have had three small spots appear on my penis in the past 2-3 months and I don't know what they are?  The first thing that comes to mind is genital warts but the pictures i see online don't resemble my spots.  I had sex with a girl in dec 2009 with a condom and while having anal sex my penis broke thru the condom and i was inside of her for about 5-10 minutes before i realized what happened.  She had no visible signs of warts!  I got tested for HIV and it was negative but didn't get tested for an STD.  I have read almost everything about the worst STD's and I don't have any symptoms.  I don't have a discharge, pain urinating, nothing swollen, no pain ejaculating,  no fever, I feel perfectly fine.  I do have a feeling around my buttocks, it is not an itch but when sitting or standing i feel my buttocks but i think it is my pubic hair moving or growing.  i have read people can have no symptoms but i do look at my penis and see these spots and it freaks me out.  Can you please tell me what these spots might be and how i can remove them?

I actually had a biopsy done and found out it isn't HPV, i was talking to the doctor over the phone and he said it is something else but i couldn't understand the name he mentioned.  I"m out of town so i haven't had time to go to the office to find out what it is.  The name wasn't similar to the other possibilities you mentioned above either but he didn't say it was an std but a skin irritation is how he described it.

Definitely from your symptoms the possibility of genital warts needs to be ruled out. Other possibilities include lymhogranuloma venereum or gonorrhea. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person.
please get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
