Dry black lips

I am a brown skin woman never had problems with my lips. I do not smoke, drink, nor oral sex.
My lips started to feel dry I found myself once in awhile pulling skin off my lips.
My lips look normal then two weeks later they start turning black right and left corner upper lip very black,
when my lips are very dry they look more darker. They feel like uncomforable the color makes me look hard.
they're very notiable I use exfoli scrub now and carmax balm my lips soft but the black not going away quickly.
What should I do? Please help.

Regarding your comment on alligator eyes ... Interesting.. I have tried lots of creams but they dont work.. Been suffering for the past 5 months .

How do you apply the tee tree and glycerine to the eye area?

my son is 16 years. of late his lips are turning black with dark spots. His lower lip is saggy. he does not smoke too. he drinks tea often and consume less amount of water. he frequently drink pepsi too. kindly help

It can be due to hyperpigmentation lips. To prevent blackness of the lips, smoking and chewing, biting or pricking the skin of the lips should be avoided.
