I have dry skin on the head of my penis and just below around the shaft but not all the way down. I have tried anti fugal cream which helps when using but 24-72 hours after it comes back. I have tested clear for std's altho not tested for hiv but am been tested later this week but i was open and honest and just asked the people i have slept with if they had anything like that to which they said no, and am not showing any symtoms of hiv or anything like that. It does not itch and no rash the only symptom is fry flaky skin.
Any help would be much appreciated.
