Dry & wrinkled penis shaft skin for last 3 months

It all started after one night of rough masturbation session. The next day I noticed that the skin on my penis shaft is very dry and more wrinkly than it used to be (I am circumcised by the way). Now 3 months have past but my situation hasn’t improved. I have been applying various things on my penis such as Fucidin cream, Coconut oil, petroleum jelly, I have even applied  the liquid vitamin E out of Vitamin E capsules to my penis. I recently read on the Internet that Aloe Vera jel can be helpful to cure skin irritation so I’m trying that nowadays. 3 months I have been suffering from this problem has made me very depressed. I would be grateful if someone can help me with this issue please.

Sounds like you have tried a lot of different measures, but have you tired having a doctor take a look at it?  If it's bothering you this much visually- I'd just make an appointment and go in- it doesn't sound like you are having any itching or pain, is that correct?

Hi, thanks for the reply. No I don’t have any itching or pain in it. Just the dry & very wrinkled penis shaft skin. Whatever moisturiser I apply on it such as petroleum jelly, after some time the skin becomes dry again & have to reapply the moisturiser. I am  too embarrassed to visit a doctor for this problem. Instead I’m willing to try all sorts of home remedies.
