EXTREMELY WORRIED

I have a small red dot on the left side of the head of my penis.
Most times it doesn't hurt but sometimes it does. It's kind of like a stinging feeling.
It goes away and appears randomly. My skin becomes sensitive around that are too.
I've already got tested for STDs and my results came back clean. I took it further and went to a MD to get more blood tests done. Everything came back clean. It still bothered me so after that I went to go see a Urologist and he said it might be a prostate infection so he put me in thirty day antibiotics. The pain still comes and goes. And it's only on that small little red dot. Everyone has told me it's normal but I've never felt this way before and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help! It's a small painful red dot that appears and disappears.
Thanks!

Thank you for your response! I didn't know where else to go or who to ask. I went back to my MD and told him I was still having this issue. He mentioned again that it was nothing to worry about. But I am worried about it because it STILL bothers me and it has bothered me for more than a few months. I went to my Urologist as well a couple days ago and he did a sonogram of my Prostate, while doing so he found a cyst in my Prostate. And mentioned this could be the root of my problem. And I am not sure I believe this I still believe maybe the cyst appeared as a result of the small rash on the crown of the penis. Sometimes after sex or masturbation it swells up a bit and the red dot is more visible. I've been tested SEVERAL times for HSV2 through blood tests and the results come back negative. Also got tested for HIV, Syphilis, Ghonnorea, and Chlamydia all results came back negative. I just don't know what to do anymore and this is driving me completely miserable. Please please advise.

Thank you for your reply!! It's still driving me nuts!! I don't know what to so anymore. I've gone to my MD and my Urologist and neither can help me. I do not think it is a cyst because it is flat and has no bump or raised feeling. Also, I don't know if it could be a hair follicle infection due to the location of the red dot. It is on the head or "crown" of the penis to be precise and we do not grow any hair there. I'm worried sick this has been there for about 4-5 months now and I do not know what or who to go to if not even my Urologist can help me. I asked him to do a biopsy and he stated he did not think that would help. This is interfering with my life so bad it's gotten me in a depressed state. Please advise.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a boil or a cyst. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. . Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle. Treatment includes antibiotics and incision and drainage and do not touch or pick them up.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
