Eczema, Psoriasis or Ringworm??

I have had this rash for many years (as long as I can remember).  It seems to have spread throughout the years.  It is red and scaly and a little of what looks like white flakes.  It sometimes starts hurting when I'm wearing pants and am outside in the heat for a long period of time.  It has (but rarely) starts to bleed, but just a little bit.  And varies in color, sometimes it really red and at other times vary light in color.  It's located on my right hip.  Doctors have seen it before when I get regular physicals, but really have never said anything to me about it or what it might possibly be.  I have tried anti-fungal creams before, but it doesn't seem to help and it seems it makes it somewhat worse. What are some possible remedies to get rid of this thing?  Thanks. Here are some pics (the whiteness is vitaligo underneath of the rash):

WHEN I WAS SEVEN I FELL AND SCRAPED MY KNEE REALLY BAD. EVER SINCE IT HAS TURNED INTO PSORASIS. MY MOTHER HAS TAKEN ME TO THE DOCTOR AND THEY PRESCRIBED ME CREAM. THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE SURE TO KEEP SUNLIGHT ON MY KNEE AND ALSO WHEN IT ITCHED, AND IT DID REALLY BAD, TO TAKE THE CREAM AND SCRATCHED WHILE I PUT IT ON. ALSO, TO TRY HARD TO NOT SCRATCH IT. I WAS FIFTEEN WHEN I MOVED IN WITH MY FATHER. I STILL HAD IT. MY STEP MOTHER BOUGHT CORTAID CREAM, OVER COUNTER, AND I USED IT EVERYDAY. EIGHT YEARS AND I STILL HAD IT? A YEAR AFTER I WAS LIVING WITH MY FATHER IT DISAPPEARED. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. I THOUGHT MAYBE THE CREAM CURED IT. I DONT KNOW BUT IT WAS GONE. I AM NOW 30 YEARS OLD AND I STILL HAVENT HAD IT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE TANNING BED FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS AND STARTED DEVELOPING A SKIN RASH ON THE FRONT OF MY LEG AT THE BOTTOM. ITS WEIRD BECAUSE THE OTHER LEG AS WELL IN THE SAME SPOT. IT ITCHES AND I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST RASH. I STOPPED GOING TO THE TANNING BED BUT IT SEEMED IT WAS GETTING WORSE WHEN I DIDNT GO INSTEAD OF ME GOING. IT HAS LIGHTENED UP A WHOLE LOT BUT STILL ITCHES AND I TRY NOT TO MESS WITH IT. I THINK THERE IS REALLY NO CURE FOR IT. IT IS JUST SOMETHING WE GROW OUT OF. BEST THING I CAN SAY IS NOT TO SCRATCH IT AND IT DOES MAKE IT GO AWAY, CREAM OR NOT.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Well you can always apply your own urine on it if your positive its a fungus. I have eczema and I have patches like that. The best way to help reduce it is to use petroleum jelly(vaseline)
