Collagen and elastin are components of youthful skin. But there is no medical way to improve its production. As you get older, the amount of collagen and elastin produce will decrease.
However few steps to decrease breakdown of elastin and collagen are:
1) Use sunscreens atleast half an hour before going out in the sun.
2) Avoid sun exposure between 10:00 - 3:00. Wear sunglasses to preserve the delicate elastin and collagen around the eyes.
3) Take more of fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking, drink plenty of water and have adequate sleep.
4) Have more of foods rich in antioxidants which include CoffeeBerry, Acai, green tea, Vitamin C (get the Ascorbyl Palmitate version), and Nicomide.
