Fast-growing hemangioma on scalp

Hello,
I notices a small protrusion on my scalp, near my left ear about four weeks ago. My husband punctured it, but it continued to grow rapidly and in about two weeks it became 6mm in diameter. We referred to a GP and he suspected it to be hemangioma. We went to a another GP with a skin clinic and he diagnosed hemangioma and advised to use laser for its removal. He used laser, but I believe it is still growing. I can also feel another pimple about 2 centi meter away from the original one that is growing fast too. My mom and dad had a history of cancer (lymphoma) and I am worried if this is some thing more than hemangioma. Can you please advise if I should be worried about cancer and how I should proceed for the treatment? can laser be effective?
Thank you!

I'd go ahead and give your doctor a call and let them know what's happening- it's important to follow up to let them know what you are feeling, especially if it's still growing.  Never hesitate to follow up and say you feel like something isn't right!
