Fine Skin Colored Bumps On Top Lip

So a while back i noticed a few fine skin colored bumps appearing on my lip so i went to go get tested for any STDs, and fortunately all of my results came back as negative. But the downside to that was the fine bumps that appeared on my top lip are still mysterious, so i did a bit of research and they may be fordyce spots. (see pictures below). in addition i also have these fine bumps on the head of my penis, they have been there since high school and i didn't start getting sexually active until AFTER i graduated and i always wondered what they were, i assumed they we're sweat glands but it seems now that i am older they may be fordyce spots. I attempted to pop the small bumps on my lip in hope that maybe it was a pimple or a clogged pore but unfortunately i just left a mark in my attempt and it is still there, can someone please assist me in figuring this out :).
