Firm bump on shaft of penis

So I woke up this morning with a lump/bump on the lower shaft area of my penis.

The bump looks similar in size to a mosquito bite, BB ball size and circular horizontal with the skin and flatter vertically. Its located right under the skin and seems to be in a fixed position. The colour is slightly lighter than the surrounding skin but that could be due to the protrusion stretching/pulling the skin tighter.

It isn't really sore or that sensitive thought it is more sensitive when pressure is applied from the sided in a horizontal manner than from the top and bottom vertically.
It doesn't look like an ingrown hair as it looks different to that I've had on my legs and is larger and more defined. (never hair ingrowns in the genital regain before)

I have not had sex in about 8months so can't be an STI/STD.
I'm 22years old, just really freaked out about this!

Thanks in advance!
