Fordyce spots

gh1
Hi,
Is there anything I can do (preferably non-surgical) to remove/reduce appearance of Fordyce spots on the foreskin?  I have them on my lips but they aren't very noticeable, however I have dozens of small spots in crops around the end opening ring of my foreskin.  They don't cause any pain or physical problems and have been there as long as I can remember, but they look terrible, are very noticeable and a cause of embarrassment.   I've read that Tretinoin applied topically can help, is this true?
Thanks,

ok, thanks. I don't think I have much of a problem with self-image, its more to do with them looking like an STD. A partner once asked if I had warts. but if there's nothing can be done I guess I'll have to accept it.

No, there's nothing to be done.  They belong there and cannot be removed.  There is no reason for you to think that they look terrible.  If you can't come to terms with the way you look, there or anywhere, you'll need to deal with your self-image, not modify your anatomy.
