Forehead and scalp problem

I've had this problem since for about seven years now, it first started as just dandruff, but a lot of it, nothing would take it away; head and shoulders made it worse and so did selsum blue. Then the flake have gotten as big as the diameter of a 12oz soda bottle cap. Then i noticed that these large flakes looked more like scabs, and as they fell off really big red spots developed with blood under them, it has been on the top half of my scalp the whole five years. Then i started getting bumps, i thought it was just accumulated flakes but when i scratched them (cause they itch like hell), they would secrete either blood or a really smelly transparent liquid, and i mean a lot not just a little bit. As i tried shampoos like head and shoulders, suddenly my forehead, starting from scalp to about an inch off my hair line, my skin started to peel off, and as of now it looks now like a long scab on my for head and has turned my skin white. I say its a big improvement cause at first it looked like a very bloody rash and people wouldnt even stand near me cause it looked like a disease.Unfortunately, i wish i could say it stopped there, but the itching and flaking have gotten worse and the "rashes" that were on my forehead, have spread to the back of my ears, and its not only the skin peeling off but ists increadibly itch and the ones behing my ears really hurt. I seriously need help can someone help please. Or atleast let me know what doctor i should go to.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Dandruff can cause either an overly dry scalp with itchy white flakes that may be waxy or greasy, or it can manifest as an oily scalp with scales. You seem to be having seborrheic dermatitis on your head. Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp. under the nose or anywhere on face.  Eat a healthy diet. You can also take vit B6 and vit A and E which are good for hair and skin. Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help. The most effective ingredients -- antimicrobials -- to look for are zinc pyridinethione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and ketoconazole (also available by prescription). If your hair is colored, don't use products with selenium sulfide or sulfur.

If the symptoms persist please consult a trichologist for the confirmatory diagnosis and treatment.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
