Foreskin problem

Few months back I receive oral sex from a girl without condoms. Few days to weeks after that I noticed small painful cuts after pulling the foreskin back during masturbation, and gets sore and swollen on the frenulum area. The cuts are generally on and around the frenulum of the penis. The cuts are small with little to no bleeding. Today when I pulled the foreskin fully back I noticed a patch of redness on the upper part of inner foreskin. My entire foreskin itches at times. And I also have red dots on the glans which disappear upon pressure and reappear few second after pressure is removed. But these red dots are not permanent, appears sometimes and goes away. Please note pulling my foreskin back stings a bit on the frenulum and the outter foreskin usually appears flaky and dry at times. Being a medical student, my extremely humble idea is it could be balanitis. Please can someone tell me what else it could be? And I have 4 ointments with-
med 1-clotrimazole, menthol, boric acid, zinc oxide
med 2-Mupirocin
med 3-Beclomathasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole, Neomycin
med 4-Clotrimazole, Beclomathasone.
Will any of these be effective? And I do not wish to get circumsized. I am 20 years old, male.
Thanks in advance!!

Hello,
From the symptoms it indeed sounds like balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Mupirocin .Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. You can however use the antifungal+steroid cream that you have. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
