Having read a number of your responses, I have to ask if you are actually reading these or if you have a staff of interns whose only responsibility is to answer like this:
I'm unaware of any condition that could cause these symptoms. You should see a doctor. Please make this happen, thank you.
in the 30 or so posts that I have read in which you have responded (some as early as 2003), you have not provided one bit of information that isn't readily available everywhere else. If you are just going to refer everyone to a doctor and tell them that you either don't know what it is or don't have any suggestions, at least you could provide a link to dermatlas or something.
If you don't want to provide this service, you should stop doing it. It's truly disheartening to read about all of these people having the same problems just to find that you are unable to help and that you are just going to refer them to a doctor. .I can't afford a doctor, so I am doing the best that I can to figure out my situation.
I hope that I don't sound angry or bitter or insulting, because it is only with the utmost respect that I suggest that you should reconsider your commitment to this site. I understand that it is hard work, you are at a tremendous liability, and you probably aren't getting paid, so please don't mistake my suggestion for a complaint about your generosity. To be honest, I just can't imagine that telling a hundred or so people a month that you can't help them is fulfilling.

The itchy rash under your scrotum was probably either irritation or eczema. I don't know what the other bumps on your body are, but I can't think of anything they could be that has anything to do with what you had on your scrotum. If you are scratching them, please stop. I suggest that you apply bacitracin or neosporin ointmenton these spots, leave them alone, and see a doctor.
Best.
