Help, my face!

I am 32 years old, used to smoke for 10 years, have since quit. I have had a bad diet the last 5 years. I have been running and working out for the last 6 months, have lost about 6% body fat. My face skin is loose, and because of this it looked dull, tired and droopy. My question is weather my skin will tighten back up and how long will it take? I have some other possibilities that could have ruined me: propecia, rogaine, aqua glycolic kit from amazon. I have quit all of these. Please help, I am devastated!

Thanks fot your reply! I have since been to the dermatologist twice and have had 2 microdermabrasions. I also discovered that i was using my wife's panoxyl 10% for about 3 monthes on and off to clean out blackheads. The doctor does not see what I do and thinks I just have dry skin.  I am getting a second opinion.  Surgery is too risky as I am only 33.  I exercise every other day (Will that help tighten up my skin?). In less than 6 months my skin feels like I've aged 3-5 years.  I still do not see an improvement.  In your experience, are things reversible? Without surgery?
Thanks again!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all, you should eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Botox injections and a surgical procedure in which excess skin, fats and muscles are removed and repositioned are routinely performed. But these should be done by an expert dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
