10 years ago I noticed a very small red growth on the tip of my penis off to the side of the urethra opening. It stayed very small for a long time. Then it started to get slightly larger, but still very small. I was able to squeeze it and a small dark silky material came out a couple of times. Almost like squeezing a splinter out of the skin.
Over the years it has stayed relatively small and mostly red. However over the past year or two, it has grown a bit larger. The really key characteristic is that it changes on a daily basis. Some days I can barely notice it and it is like a small red dot that I almost can't see. Within the space of 8 hours, it can then "grow" a significant amount (maybe 5 times in size) and it becomes a darker color - a brownish black color.
I picked it once about a year ago and it bled profusely...shortly after I noticed two small lesions or spots on my scrotum that have remained ever since then. These too seem to fluctuate in size though not nearly as much. Perhaps the blood from the growth on the tip got on my scrotum and created the new spots?
Is the spot on the tip of my penis a wart, a mole, or cancer? Do you think the spots on my scrotum are related? My sex partner 10 years ago had HPV virus, could that be related?
