Here's three things I know to work for severe itching and terrible cracking and rash
Petroleum jelly
Silver Sulfadiazin

Believe it or not I read about how oilfield workers would get terrible skin diseases and that they were so bad the rashes on their hands and bodies became dry cracked and itchy well to make a long story short  they used petroleum jelly from their own oil rigs strange but it works wonders goodness this stuff is a life saver.
The silver sulfadiazin is for burns but it sure does work  it kills bacteria for severe dry hands that are so painful you can not sleep because they burn and itch.. same for petroleum jelly awesome stuff clears up many skin rashes and relieves burning and itching .. Please let me know your results, thanks
