HELP! Bumps on back of hand

Hello, I want to start by saying I have really bad panic attacks and this keeps triggering ones for me. I have skin colored bumps on the back of my left hand. They are clustered, do not itch and are only noticeable in a certain light or angle of my hand. If I press on it, it hurts a little. I’ve had them for awhile; but they go away and come back. I am truly freaking myself out thinking it’s a major health issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

It doesn't sound like any major health issue that I'm aware of- I'd recommend heading to your doctor to have them looked at, especially since you are so anxious about them.  It could just be a reaction to something around you, a product you use or something of that nature.  Let us know how you are doing!
