HELP PLZ painful itchy rash!

I have had this rash under my arms, around my back, and now on my breasts and hips. It is a symetrical rash. Little small clusters of bumps that burn and itch. Feels like needles stabbing me sometimes and others like i could scratch forever. I have used every sorta creame, steriod, lamisil, psoriasis, and even scabies cream.I have changed to every type of allergen free laundry det., deodrant and soap! I have seen my Dr. for it so many times and a dermatologist. I have had a biopsy that came back as just dermititis...... This rash has been going on for about 2 years. It is leaving ugly scars on my skin =(. No one can tell me what it is....or how to treat it. Right now it is burning so bad i feel sick to my stomach.  The only meds i am taking are Zoloft, and Claritin. I take a multivitamin. PLZ HELP!!!!

It sounds like you have the same rash I do, and have tried all of the same things.  I've only had mine for about 4 months though.

Do you use Splenda in anything?  or eat a lot of sugar free things that might have sucralose in  them?  I stopped using splenda in my coffee (just two packets of it a day) and the rash started to subside a bit.  Started using splenda again.. this time in Carnation French Vanilla Cream.. and the rash is back.  Googld "Splenda rash" and see if it sounds like what you might have.

If you find out what it is for sure, please post?  This itching is making me insane and I'm worried it's going to spread to more places than it already is..

Thanks...
