HPV, Scabies, folliculitis or ???

Okay here goes.

I had a new sexual partner about 3 weeks ago after being with the same person for over 22 years. About 3 days after being with them I noticed 2 very red and irritated bumps on the base of my penis. I thought it was just an ingrown hair and did not think about it. About 2 days alter I had several of these same red bumps on different part of my penis (one right on the end of the head) several down the shaft and then a few around the base and on my skin right above my penis. I thoughts Oh Crap, HPV or Herpes because about the same time I started to have burning while I urinated so I thought chlamydia, went to the doctor and he said he could not tell but put me on doxycycline (for chlamydia just in case) and acyclovir for herpes outbreak.

The bumps stopped getting worse but I went ahead and finished the 10 days of anti-b's.

I was still scared so I had a full STD checkout and all came back negative (other than HPV which can't be tested in males any where that I could find).

Now another week later I have a few more small bumps that look like pimples and have a white head on them still in the exact same places on my penis up a few other new ones.. PLUS lots of new ones on my chest like really bad acne.

My doc about a week ago told me it sounded like Scabies (crabs) so I thought well I was at a sleazy hotel so sure that could be it.. Anyway... I did treatments two days in a row head to toe with Rit or whatever that stuff is called and it was looking better. I treated my bed and such also.. 7 days later I did a second treatment and also did it three days in a row to make sure any hatched eggs had bee killed too.

Now the bumps are still there, SAME PLACE as the start and they seem to come and go each day.. I am thinking maybe staph infection?? folliculitis ??

I Started washing twice a day with hibiclens for staph but not sure what the heck I have and not doc here can help me.

The weird part is my partner has NO symptoms at all.

HELP PLEASE I am going out of my mind.

Thanks for the reply one new symptom came up after my last post I now has swollen lymph nodes in my inguinal area but no others on my body. My doc put me back on doxycycline saying it could be folliculitis... the skin on my chest has cleared up a lot and is looking better but what's up with the lymph nodes?? I am thinking herpes but it is almost clear 100% on my groin so why now?

I am having a HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS 2 (IgG) INHIBITION, ELISA done tomorrow to make sure.

I am wondering can anything else cause these symptoms including the lymph nodes or is my immune system just really messed up from all the meds and stuff?

HELP I am losing it.

Hello,
There can be some possibilities for such symptoms. It can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug or some benign skin lesions.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen .If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
