HPV Molluscum Contagiosum?

I recently had unprotected sex with someone, about a month ago. I did get a basic test from planned parenthood and was cleared of HIV, and bacterial infections like chlamydia. I noticed about two weeks ago very small painless bumps, predominantly skin toned on my penis. No unusual itching, no pain, no burning during urination. Then about three days following this discovery, a small bump formed at the tip of my penis. Slightly sensitive after masturbation, but otherwise unnoticeable. I have very basic health insurance as I'm a young healthy 26 year old. Seeing a dermatologist is unfortunately very expensive and I don't have the funds. I ask that you please help me with a possible diagnosis. I'm very concerned and stressed. I did have an encounter with my ex after this, so I'm very concerned for her health as well. See attached pictures for reference.
