Hair removal galvanic electrolysis using liquid conductor

Is it possible to perform galvanic electrolysis for hair removal using liquid conductor?

The process I have in mind is forcing liquid conductor (for example, Galinstan) with pressure into hair follicles and then using this liquid conductor instead of stainless steel probes for galvanic electrolysis. Would it be effective and safe?
