Hard Bump On Finger?

I usually rest my pencil on my ring finger while writing and i write really fast and tend to press really hard. throughout the years, the size of this bump has gradually increased. it’s nothing like fluids inside , it’s more like as if my bone is popping out and my finger just looks very uneven. i tried massaging it and it makes it softer but is there a faster solution?

I have tried to dig out what ever is in it to no avail it has many layers of skin on it. I thought it may be a wart?

No it hurts and it’s near the tip I can’t get anything out of it but it looks like it has a point of entry on it

It sounds like something most commonly called "writers callus"- you can soak it to try to help it soften up a bit (use epsom salts, or other things like that to soak it in).  You can also go to the doctor to see if they have some creams to help it disappear faster.
