Hard gray balls/bumps under skin

I have these hard, gray balls/bumps under my skin.  It feels like a tiny bead under the skin.  They are small, about quarter of a centimeter in diameter.  I have them on my hips, butt, torso along rips, and the underside of my forearms and behind my knees.  They can't be popped.  If you cut into them or puncture, pus comes that appears to contain tiny hairs or fibers.  They don't go away with exfoliating or acne products.  What could these bumps be and how can I get rid of them?

Sorry I could not open the photos. However the clinical impression I gather the diagnosis would be in favor of NF.ehlers-danlos no sir.

This was the best picture I could get.  They don't bother me in any way except that they are ugly and I am curious to find out if I can get rid of it or if it is an indication of a systemic syndrome that can affect skin, something like ehlers-danlos or something?

The description fits neurofibromas, but then presence of hair would make one think of dermoid cysts too.A pic would have been helpful, nothing serious though.
