Head of penis after urination

Quick question... After I urinate the tip of my penis gets bright red and pink in certain areas of the penis head then goes away with time. There r also pink circles that appear as well. There is no itching or pain. What could this be n should I worry?

Hello,
In males, UTI can occur when there is an ascending infection from the urethra to the bladder. Any irregularity of the urinary tract that obstructs the flow of urine (e.g., a kidney stone) increases the risk for an infection. An enlarged prostate gland can also impede and slow the flow of urine, thus raising the risk of infection.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis skin or can be due to urinary tract infection causing infection of the urethra. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. If the symptoms persist then get it checked from a dermatologist.
